This two-day Farmer Bootcamp program is an excellent opportunity for transitioning service members to get their hands dirty on a working farm! Day One will be conducted at the South Carolina Farmer's Market Commodities Training Building and will cover the business side of agriculture. We will be joined by experts from the South Carolina Department of Agriculture, Farmer Veteran Coalition of South Carolina, SCORE, the Small Business Development Center, and Clemson Extension. Day Two will be conducted at Project Victory Gardens in Aiken, SC. Here you will meet other veteran farmers on a working farm to explore many possible agricultural niches. Lunch is included on Day Two!
